We are seeking an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will work with our team for document preparation, file organization, and task tracking.
Contract to possible full-time hire.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an understanding of a document management system and be able to work independently and (lead) as part of a team.
– Email and Calendar Management: Organize and manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars for team members or executives.
– Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
– Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems.
– Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members, clients, and partners by responding to inquiries, facilitating communication, and relaying messages.
– Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, or conference calls, and assist with technical setup and troubleshooting.
– File Organization: Maintain a structured and organized digital filing system for easy access to important documents.
– Research: Conduct online research for various projects, including market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
– Task Tracking: Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and project milestones, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion.
– Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
– Must be able to multitask and prioritize work in a high-volume environment.
– An expert with MS Word/Office is a must
– A strong background in proofreading, grammar, and formatting
– You should be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment, all while maintaining a calm, positive, and proactive outlook.
– Your strong analytical and communication skills will allow you to sort through complex documentation, and your ability to work independently with
– Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines
– Work hours may vary depending on project needs and deadlines.
– Can work anywhere in Cameroon, preferably in Buea.
